SOCAMIt is a great honour and a pleasure to present the First Nations of Quebec and Labrador Youth Network website. The launch of this site is the result of several months of efforts. I spoke to a lot of young people during the regional youth tour of the communities, to find out what you would like to see on this website. So most of what you see here is based on your ideas, and this site is the very first to offer so much information for First Nations youth. It is designed to keep you informed about the activities, events, programs and services available to you.
This site belongs to you, not to any kind of organization, and it needs you to get involved to keep the content fresh and interesting and to bring more people into our web community. The first requirement for changing your world is to get personally involved!
I hope you enjoy exploring your First Nations of Quebec and Labrador Youth Network website.

I am greatly pleased to welcome you to this Website where the effervescence of activities involving young people is proudly displayed. This Website aims to be an evolving and lively portal, in the image of our young people, the Youth of First Nations of Quebec and Labrador.
In addition to the links and activities of the Youth Network, you will find information on several resources, interesting events and on the initiatives undertaken by the various Youth Committees inside and outside our communities.
I beckon you to make this Website a true vector between all the persons interested by the development, progress and advancement of activities pertaining to one of the most important populations to our future, in other words you, the young ones.
Enjoy your visit!

AFNQL Chief
